Another top sale for our company. Earlier this month, agent Ruthie Ravenel represented the buyers of 30 & 34 Broad Street. The purchaser of this 27,000 sqft commercial space is the the founder of Smith/Packett and the CEO of Wessex Capital Investments LLC. James Smith from Roanoke, VA is relocating his company to this Broad Street office. Ruthie Ravenel also represented James Smith and his wife Augustine in the purchase of a residence on South Battery. The Smith's purchased 32 South Battery for a record setting $7.72 million a week before closing on the purchase of the commercial space on Broad Street. The trading price of 32 South Battery is the highest price ever paid for a residential building on the Charleston Peninsula.
