I am pleased to present our mid-year market report which provides statistics and valuable data about our area! This year has seen strong price growth in most low-mid market price ranges and some very impressive sales with 28 homes sold over $3M. Of these high end sales, 8 were in Historic Downtown, and another 12 took place in the beach and barrier island communities. This confirms our view that the luxury resort and beach markets are stronger than ever with new construction and some record breaking sales in these communities.
In agency news, we are on track to beat last years sales numbers and can currently boast some of the areas most impressive listings both in historic downtown and luxury waterfront markets. Our company listings have been viewed on SIR.com a total of over 565,000 times so far this year, a 42% increase over last year!!! This does not even account for the multitude of views our listings receive each day on Realtor.com, Zillow, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and more. Truly unprecedented international exposure is provided everyday to our seller clients!!
