He has also worked as a marketing consultant for a top producing Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage firm in North Carolina. This experience taught him the influence and the marketing reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. He brings a marketing mindset to his property listings. Benford’s home is in downtown Charleston, furthering his appreciation for the majestic architecture of Charleston and its culture.
